Exam:
The exam is written during the final class. If you are unable to write the exam at this time you need to notify the office more than 15 working days prior to the exam date to avoid paying a resit fee.

Fine Vintage Ltd. Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy:
Upon registration we need your payment details (credit card number or corporate cheque) to reserve your place in the class. Once we have received your payment details, your registration in the course will be confirmed and non-refundable from that point forward. A $100 deposit will be processed at the time of registration. The remaining payment for all course & exam fees (less the $100 deposit) will be processed 2 weeks prior to the course start date.

Refund Policy:
Please note that all course tuitions are 100% non-refundable. Payments are, however, transferable to another course or another person. Should you wish to transfer your tuition payment to another person (for a future WSET course provided by Fine Vintage Ltd.) or apply it as a credit towards a future course for yourself, this must be done two weeks prior to the 1st class. All transfer requests must be received by email or telephone. Transfer requests received after this time will not be accepted and full payment for the course will be processed.
