He spends his time running Fine Vintage which operates in 15 countries. He is the GM of two wineries in Canada, runs wine tours to 10 destinations around the world, is the Buyer for a major airline in the Middle East, runs 8 wine jobs sites, and 2 wine clubs in Canada and the USA. He judges at competitions, writes for The Vancouver Sun, makes videos on wineries and works for cruise lines and hotel groups.

He passed the Diploma in 1997, the Master of Wine in 2008, and has visited the vast majority of wine regions in the world. His style is to make the courses fun and engaging and he especially enjoys teaching the Level 1 and 2 courses, introducing people to the fascinating world of wine.

Amy Christine became a Master of Wine in 2013. She owns Holus Bolus winery in Lompoc, California with her husband, Peter Hunken, producing cool climate Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay and Roussanne.

In addition to her winery work, Amy is a sales representative for Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant in Los Angeles and a partner at the technology company, Wine Ring Inc. She has taught WSET Diploma classes on Champagne and Burgundy since 2013. Outside of the wine world, Amy is a die-hard Prince fan and an advocate for children in foster care in Los Angeles, sitting on the board of The Academy Project.

Marianna is a sommelier working in the food & wine industry for over two decades. She earned her Master of Fine Arts at Columbia University in New York and is certified by the Wine & Spirits Educational Trust in Level 3. She is currently in the process of earning her Diploma.

In addition to being the General Manager and Wine Director for the James Beard nominated Cassia Restaurant in Santa Monica, Marianna is an adjunct faculty member at the Institute of Culinary Education where she teaches wine to aspiring chefs and restauranteurs.
