Simply click on the job posting that is of interest to you. A brief job description will appear to give you a better idea of what the position entails. At the bottom of the screen, simply click the “APPLY FOR THIS JOB” icon. You will then be prompted to enter your details and upload your resume. Be sure to click “SUBMIT JOB APPLICATION” at the bottom of this screen to complete the application process.
Can you recommend jobs that are suitable for me based on my qualifications?
Unfortunately, we do not give job recommendations or career advice. You can subscribe to our Job Alerts and choose which listings are of interest to you. You can also help narrow your search using our search engine by category, such as Vineyards, Winemaking or by city etc.
Can you notify me about new job openings on your websites?
To receive job notifications, please click on the “SUBSCRIBE TO JOB ALERTS” icon at the top-right of any of our Wine Job sites. You will then begin to receive daily notifications of available job postings.
How much does it cost to subscribe to Job Alerts or apply for a job?
Wine Jobs Worldwide is completely free for those looking for jobs on the site. There are no fees to subscribe to Job Alerts. There are no fees to apply for a job listed on our site.
If I do not receive a reply or notification regarding my application, can I follow up with Wine Jobs Worldwide?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide updates regarding your application as it is sent directly to the employer. The employer will communicate directly with you if they are interested in pursuing your application.

Your site is not accepting my job posting for some reason. What can I do?
Please email us immediately and explain the problem in detail. Before doing so please check if your credit card is working or by using a different one, and go through all the fields carefully and ensure you have correctly inserted all the data into the required fields. Close your browser completely before trying again so that your computer is not storing any history. This is the most common issue. If other jobs are appearing TODAY then chances are there is an error with your form or your card, but let us know! We want to help.
How much does it cost to post a job on a Wine Jobs Worldwide site?
The cost of posting a job varies according to the country. Should a price change occur, we would not charge you an additional fee for an existing posting.
Do I need to open an account to post jobs on your sites?
NO, but you can open an account if you wish. This makes it easy to post regularly on the site as we store your data. It is also convenient for maintaining your postings (any updates, changes or marking the positions as filled).
Can I make a change to the job that I have already posted?
Yes, changes can be made at any time to an active job posting. As soon as you post a job you will be emailed an edit link. Changes are made by accessing this link.
My job posting is now toward the bottom of the list. Is it possible to have this posting moved back to the top of the list?
No. You must submit a new posting if you wish it to appear at the top of the list.
I cannot find my email with the edit link. How can I retrieve access to my account?

Is it possible to move an active job posting to another registered account?
No. We cannot move an active job posting to another registered account. The posting remains under the account under which it was registered.
How long does a job posting remain active on a Wine Jobs Worldwide website?
6 months. After 6 months, the job posting will expire and no longer appear on the website.
How can I mark the position as FILLED, so I stop getting applications?
The position can be marked as filled at any time. You can do this through the edit link that is sent to your email address when you posted the job.

How do I contact a supplier I am interested in?
Click on the advert. You will land on a page that describes the product and provides you with a short form to complete. Enter your name, contact email, and message. All fields require information to be entered. Once this information is entered, click the “SEND MESSAGE” icon at the bottom of this page. Your message will then be sent to the supplier.
Can you recommend a supplier for a product that is not listed on your site?
No, we do not give supplier recommendations. You can make use of “Subscribe to ad ALERTS” to receive notification when new products are listed on our site. You can also help narrow your search using our search engine by category, such as Grapes, Bulk Wine, Grape Variety, Vintage, etc.
Can you notify me about new products listed on your websites?
To receive new product notifications, please click on the “SUBSCRIBE TO AD ALERTS” option at the bottom of our site. You will then begin to receive notifications of available products.

It’s free to view all the listings and to contact the Seller. We do not charge a
commission on any transactions between the Seller and the Buyer.

Unfortunately, we cannot help generate responses in your particular advert. We do regular marketing for all adverts. The Seller will communicate directly with you if they are interested in pursuing your offer.
Can you assist with obtaining a better price for the product being offered on your site?

The cost of posting a product is completely free. We do not charge a brokerage fee or commission for the sale of your product.  Should a price change occur, we would not charge you a fee for an existing posting.
